Healthy Weight Management Program

Hypnotherapy is a safe, natural, healthy way to release weight and keep it off.

Schedule:

Six appointments, each consisting of a one hour session.

Each session is individual, so that you receive personalized attention.

Session 1:

Together we will formulate a program that will comfortably fit into your lifestyle.  On the first session, your hypnotherapist will administer hypnosis especially designed to reinforce your healthy weight and shape goals.  You will receive a "state of the art" hypnosis CD to be used as positive reinforcement in between your hypnotherapy sessions.  Stress Management is included with each session.

Sessions 2 through 6:

Hypnotherapy is utilized in order to help you address the causes of the excess weight and reframe them so that you can see them from a better, more objective point of view.  In most cases, people are not consciously aware of the reasons for their negative eating and/or exercise habits.  Through hypnosis you can see this from a better perspective.  With this new insight, you can then release and clear the old negative patterns and replace them with healthy, more productive ways of being that are more in line with your healthy weight loss goals.

You will learn about:

bulletSubconscious Reasons for Overeating
bulletCharting Your Healthy Eating and Exercise Habits
bulletFoods that cause you to feel Full and Satisfied
bulletBuilding Self Esteem
bulletRaising Your Metabolism
bulletFoods that are Natural Fat Burners
bulletLearning about your Weight Loss and Weight Gain Patterns

Hypnosis CD Included

The Healthy Weight Management Program consists of six private sessions.  Each builds upon the previous session and is scheduled between one or two weeks apart.
