Sports Performance Program

 

 

Schedule:

Five appointments, each consisting of a one hour session. 

Each session is individual, so that you receive personalized attention.

 

Session 1:

Experience hypnosis for sports performance.  Your therapist will administer hypnosis especially designed to reinforce peak performance in your particular sport.  You will receive a "state of the art" hypnosis CD to be used as positive reinforcement in between your hypnotherapy sessions.  Stress Management is included with each session.

Session 2:

Self Hypnosis and Anchoring

Session 3:

Visual Imagery for Mental Rehearsal and Practicum

Session 4:

Hypnotherapy

Session 5:

Hypnotherapy
