Planning a wedding is an exciting, although sometimes overwhelming, experience! Today’s average wedding can easily run $25,000-$30,000+ and staying within budget can be challenging. Generally, flowers account for 8-12% of the total wedding costs.

To help you plan your flower budget, the guidelines below will give you my average range for the most common wedding flowers requested. Keep in mind that prices can vary greatly according to the flowers you choose and the numbers and sizes of the bouquets and arrangements.

Also, please note that in addition to individual item costs, a 15-20% service fee is attached to all wedding flower packages. The fee covers consultation and planning time, site visits as necessary, ordering and processing flowers, as well as, delivery & set up at the ceremony and reception and disassembling & pick up after the event is over.
