WEI YANG is the President and founder of YS Manufacturing. The offspring of two college professors, she was raised in China and educated there as a physicist. She taught physics at university level before coming to the United States where she pursued a business career in new-business development. At the same time, through family connections, she not only maintained but also developed relationships in the metals industries in China. After recognizing the complex, inhibiting difficulties and obstacles many American companies face when trying to do business in China, she saw the need to help American companies overcome these problems and take advantage of the remarkable skills and industrial economics that exist today in China. This is the main thrust of YS Manufacturing . Incidentally, Wei Yang is now an American citizen.

WEI MIN, Vice President of Manufacturing and Quality, heads our group in China. A graduate engineer, he has more than 30 years of operational and management experience in metal processing and fabricating industries in China. During this time he has developed broad knowledge of available manufacturing resources and their specialties, the people who operate and manage them.

NORBERT AUBUCHON, Vice President, completed a 34-year management career at the DuPont Company in sales, advertising, marketing and new-product development. His experience brings YS MANUFACTURING and its clients useful knowledge ranging broadly in industrial and consumer businesses.

RUSKIN LONGWORTH, Ph.D., Vice President, technical director, combines technical expertise with emphasis on materials in both industrial and consumer applications. With a background in research at DuPont, he spans the gaps between technical capability and the personal, hands-on entrepreneurial knowledge needed to help match the needs of American manufacturing companies with the capabilities of the YS Manufacturing Inc resources in China.
